Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Affordable Website Design (SSM: TR0315856-M), trading as Integrated Reviews ("we", "us"), for your use of the Integrated Reviews platform at https://www.integratedreviews.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you're authorised to accept them on its behalf, and "you" means that company.

The Service is for businesses. You confirm you're using it for business purposes, so consumer protection laws that only apply to personal or household purchases don't apply, to the extent the law allows.

2. Your account

• Keep your login details secure and tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
• You're responsible for everything done under your account, including by users you invite.
• Administrators in your organisation control users, roles, locations, settings and billing.
• Give us accurate information and keep your billing contact details up to date.

3. The service

Integrated Reviews connects to your Google Business Profile to bring in your reviews, analyse them with AI, suggest replies, and report on them across your locations. We improve the Service over time and may add, change or remove features. If we remove a feature that's central to your paid plan, we'll give you reasonable notice.

Each Google Business Profile location can be managed by one organisation on the platform at a time. If a location is already connected to another organisation, you can't add it until it's released.

4. Plans and billing

Free plan

The free plan includes 1 location, with no time limit and no card required. It includes up to 1,000 AI review analyses per calendar month. Reviews beyond that are analysed the following month, or straight away if you upgrade.

Paid plan

• The paid plan is charged per active location, at the prices on our pricing page. The price per location gets lower as you add more locations. All active locations are charged, including the first.
• You can pay monthly or yearly. Prices are in US dollars, and you pay in advance for each billing period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal and when your plan changes as described below.
• Adding locations: we charge the extra locations straight away for the rest of your current billing period. We show you the amount before you confirm.
• Removing locations: the unused time is credited to your account and taken off your next bill. Credits aren't paid out as cash.
• Prices don't include taxes. Where tax applies, it's added to your invoice.
• We may change our prices with at least 30 days' notice. New prices apply from your next renewal after the notice period.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we'll let you know in the app and by email, and retry the payment over about two weeks. You can pay or update your card at any time from Settings → Billing. If payment still hasn't been made after the retries, your paid plan ends and your account moves to the free plan, as described in section 5.

5. Cancelling and plan changes

• You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing → Manage billing. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to the free plan.
• Switching from monthly to yearly takes effect straight away and is charged for the remainder of the year. Switching from yearly to monthly takes effect at your next renewal.
• When your account moves to the free plan, we keep the location with the most reviews active and turn the others off. Nothing is deleted. Turned-off locations stop syncing and can be turned back on by upgrading.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Google and other services

The Service relies on your Google account and the Google Business Profile API, and uses other providers such as Stripe for payments and AI providers for analysis. You confirm you're authorised to connect the Google Business Profiles you add. Your use of Google's services is also governed by Google's terms. We're not responsible for changes, outages or limits on third-party services, but we'll work to keep the Service running when they happen.

You can disconnect Google at any time from Settings → Connections. Reviews then stop syncing.

7. AI features

• AI analysis (such as sentiment, themes and customer needs) and AI reply drafts are generated automatically. They can be wrong or incomplete.
• Reply drafts are suggestions. Nothing is posted to Google unless you or someone in your organisation chooses to post it, and you're responsible for anything you post.
• Check AI output before relying on it for important decisions.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service to create, buy or manipulate fake reviews, or to break Google's review policies;
• post replies that are unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or that disclose customers' personal information;
• connect locations you don't have the right to manage;
• try to access other organisations' data, probe or disrupt the Service, or get around usage limits;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service, except as the law allows.

9. Your data

• Your data, including your reviews, settings and replies, belongs to you. You give us permission to process it only to provide, support and improve the Service.
• We don't sell your data. We don't use your organisation's data to train AI models.
• Each organisation's data is kept separate from every other organisation's.
• Reviews come from Google and may contain reviewers' names. You're responsible for using that information lawfully.
• Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
• If you close your account, you can ask us to delete your data. We'll delete it within 90 days, except where we must keep records by law (such as invoices).

10. Our property

We own the Service, including its software, design and branding. These terms give you the right to use the Service while your account is active. They don't transfer any ownership to you. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.

11. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, ideally with notice for anything planned. Review syncing depends on Google and may be delayed.

12. Suspension and ending

We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if your use puts the Service or other customers at risk, or if the law requires it. Where reasonable, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

13. Liability

• The Service is provided "as is", to the extent the law allows. We don't promise any particular business outcome, such as higher ratings or more customers.
• We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue or lost business opportunities.
• Our total liability to you under these terms in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
• You'll cover us for losses caused by your breach of these terms, or by content you post through the Service.

14. General

• Changes: we may update these terms. For significant changes, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
• Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and its courts have jurisdiction.
• Whole agreement: these terms, our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the Service.
• If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't given it up.
• You can't transfer your account without our agreement. We may transfer these terms if our business is sold or reorganised.
